When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with the visitors’ IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection (via Akismet). The Akismet service may also collect referrer and site URL.

Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS).

Contact Forms (Ninja Forms)

If you contact us via Ninja Forms, we may collect your name, email, phone number, location (country & district) and message content. This information is stored securely in our database and is used solely for communication purposes. It is retained indefinitely unless a user requests deletion.

User Registration (Ultimate Member)

We collect data through user registration, login, and profile forms, including name, email, username, address, and optionally phone number or other profile information.
