Easily pay for your Vietnamese lessons from anywhere in the world. We support multiple secure payment channels so you can choose what’s fastest, lowest fee, and most convenient for you.
Minimum purchase: Payments are processed in learning hour blocks. Please pay for at least 10 hours at a time (or larger blocks if you prefer). This helps us reserve instructor time and offer better scheduling.

1. Pay by Vietnamese Bank Transfer (Domestic & IMT)

How to Pay
Option 1 – Send Directly:
- Log in to PayPal.
- Choose Send & Request.
- Enter our PayPal email.
- Enter amount (USD) and note:

Option 2 – We send a Payment Request
Tell us the number of hours, package, and your PayPal email; we’ll send a link you can pay securely.
3. Wise (International Lowest Fee Transfer)
Wise (formerly TransferWise) is often the lowest cost and fastest way for students abroad to pay us in VND (or sometimes USD) using local bank rails in their own country.
Steps
- Sign in at Wise (web or app).
- Choose Send Money.
- Select currency you pay from (e.g., EUR, GBP, AUD) and the currency we receive (usually VND).
- Add a recipient
- Enter our beneficiary bank details (same as in Section 1 – Bank Name, Account Number, Account Name) & our Email: Lsv.hanoi@gmail.com (so we receive tracking info from Wise)
- Add Reference:

- Fund transfer (local ACH, bank debit, card, etc.).

Requesting a VAT Invoice (Hóa đơn VAT)
If you require a VAT invoice when purchasing a course, please contact our admin before payment so we can provide different payment info & match your payment to the correct tax documents.

VAT invoices are issued in VND values. If you paid in another currency, we convert using the bank rate on the invoice issuance date unless otherwise agreed.
How to Confirm Your Payment with Us
Step 1: Make your transfer via one of the methods above.
Step 2: Take a screenshot or save the transaction receipt.
Step 3: Send it to the admin you have been contacting with.
Step 4: We confirm within 1-3 business days (Mon to Fri, Vietnam time) and start the class officially.

- Trial lessons: Payment can be made after the trial lesson.
FAQ
Sometimes yes; depends on sending bank and our receiving setup. Contact us before sending USD by wire.
In most cases our learners find Wise cheapest, followed by domestic VND transfer if you already bank in Vietnam.
Indirectly via PayPal (card funded) or sometimes via your bank’s card or bank transfer service.
Minimum 10-hour blocks. Larger packages (20h, 40h, 50h) available and may qualify for discounts.
